Lynx Fulfillment operates a 34,000 square foot warehouse in Western New York. We are able to reach 60% of the U.S. and Canadian populations within two days via UPS or FedEx Ground services. Our warehouse is state of the art, allowing greater throughput, efficient utilization of space and order accuracy rates that are on par or better than that of the largest product distribution providers.
Our technology has the ability to manage every product as if it is the only product in our warehouse. Our facility operates on a flex staffing model with streamlined processes that break the most complex tasks into bite sized portions. Whether you ship fifty orders a month, or twenty thousand, our warehouse is capable of flexing as your business does.
Lynx Fulfillment provides clients with complete visibility. LynxPro, our Order Management System is cloud-based and accessible from any computer connected to the internet. You are able to view inventory, order data and shipping data in real time. With over seventy standard reports, you are always in control. LynxPro has the capability to email order confirmations, shipping confirmations, low inventory warnings and backorder reports.

Lynx Fulfillment was founded by Patrick Randolph, Jim Berlin and Brian Kempisty. Patrick is the Managing Partner. Jim and Brian bring years of Logistics and Supply Chain Management experience to the partnership. Patrick’s background includes the management of multiple ecommerce fulfillment centers along with a retail fulfillment center. He has owned several ecommerce businesses, a retail store and was a successful sales and marketing consultant prior to founding Lynx Fulfillment. Patrick believes that every client is important and manages all client implementations for the first three months of service. His expertise has saved our clients time and money.
Jim Berlin is the owner of Logistics Plus (www.logisticsplus.net) and has won numerous awards, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Jim is one of the 2011 Manufacturer and Business Association Most Admired CEOs. Jim brings the resources of Logistics Plus to Lynx and its clients.
Brian Kempisty founded Cornerstone Logistics (www.cornerstonelogistics.com). Brian is an expert in North American distribution. Having started a company from scratch and having grown it into a powerhouse, Brian’s unique expertise and perspective provides Lynx and its clients with supply chain experience that is second to none.
